This is a perfect ... This is a perfect example of two things. If you don't include full contact fighting in your training regularly you will look like these guys. And second is that just because you train kung fu doesn't mean you'll perform like you see in the movies. Sorry, but reality sucks. nbglass

Well, if you know ... Well, if you know what Altezza0 means... explain me, these really are kungfu masters because Sanshou (Sanda) is form of kungfu in which you fight like this. This is a video from 1953, so this could be the former version of Sanshou we know now. I'm doing wushu (kungfu) for a year now and it's not just changquan and nanquan (forms)... also sanda is a way of fighting it kung-fu style... so I doubt it if it's not real C0m3dyC3ntr4l

I'm seeing a whole ... I'm seeing a whole lot of disbelieving comments in regards to these guys abilities, but the sobering fact is that they were considered masters and that this fight is a real spectacle for the large crowd witnessing it.
We like to think that when it comes to martial arts "The older it is, the better it is", but the truth is that many styles were something else entirely pre-media popularization and modern methods of training, diet, knowledge about proper leverage, and multi-style training. ogith
